Naked Neck/Turken thread?

Yesterday I became the proud co-owner of three ostrich chicken chicks (technically they’re my dads but I take care of them you know how that works ) and wanted to know who else out there fell for the little guys and their cute little faces. I’ve had them less than twenty-four hours and I absolutely love them. Any tips to help me get the best experience?

What do you see in here? My turken pullet is hiding or doing something?

Today, I feed them bread and she didn't as her daily routine. I went to look around for her and nowhere to found until I saw something unusual in the brush. She already laying at 5 months old? My turken lay eggs and how will the chicks come out with an Ayam Cemani rooster and KO Shamo rooster.

I recently got some bantam Turken chicks. I gave them to my broody Japanese hen to raise. They are TINY!

Congrats @ChooksNQuilts, I have several standards cross with bantams and ayam cemani. I will breed them back together to get a medium size of white and black skin turkens.

How cute!! My astrolorp (don’t judge my spelling lol) just hatched some of her chicks and they turned out to be Ozzie’s babies!

So random thing...one of my naked neck Roos...gurgles when he crows. It sounds like he’s gargling Listerine or something. Is this a thing in just naked necks or just unique to him?

Probably just unique to him but I would check him over for illness or something too.
