is there any easy way to tell a pullet and roo with baby naked necks?

No there are not really any special ways. However i have noticed that the females tails grow faster. you could try going to the naked neck/turken thread in breeds,genetics,showing. Everyone is very helpful. Also glad to see your intrest in naked necks. Will you be showing them at all.
