Question or 2
Where can I purchase the best of Turkens and have them at my local post office ? Big breasted as the type is touted for. Any color is dandy.

For standard Turkens, I Googled and found four hatcheries. There's more. You'd have to make arrangements with them for Post Office delivery but to my knowledge, they all do it.

Here's an older post about Ideal Poultry, with pictures of the birds they got. There's a link in there to the Turken thread where you could ask as well.

Otherwise, not sure if you're in the U.S. or not, but if you are, I'd also Google Turken breeders for your state in case there's someone close to you. Good luck!

Thank you for that. I did the google fu , so I'm aware of who's got what . My dilemma is which of major hatcheries has the biggest most robust birds ? I've ordered from most of them thru the years . As a senior and long time keeper my expectations no doubt greater then a beginner.

Maybe find your state/country thread and ask there if anyone knows of any breeders near you. I'd also post in that Turken link to ask as well about the quality of the hatchery birds. Good luck!
