I use a hammer to knock the nails through and a Catspaw to pull them out. Sometimes I use a Crowbar, but I don't like it because of its weight.

Yes, that's what I have done too. Crowbars come in multiple sizes. Perhaps a small one would be of use to you.

The nail puller can't be beat when you can't get to the other end of the nail.

Worked two dogs.
Pulled 6 wheelbarrow loads of weeds from the flower beds.
Will start mowing the front lawn - see how long this body holds up.

Not much, my back is really hurting today. About every hour a new storm rolls through.

Made a Cinnamon Crumb cake.

Going back to bed. Will crochet later if I feel better.

HATE crabgrass - thick, wet takes forever to mow. Only finished half of the front lawn.

Never got out of low gear today. In spite of it I did get to the dump and got our 2 open acres mowed. Took a branch to the forehead that gave me a nice gash another one damn near ripped my "T" shirt off. Another normal day at the office. Best part of the day was all 3 of my hives exploded at 3 PM, orientation as they all eventually made their way back inside. Going to play with them tomorrow after I finish up with the weed whacker.
