Wow you’ve been doing and seeing A LOT!!!!!!!!
We really have. I'm tired
Yesterday, June 10th, was our 58th wedding anniversary 💕 There was so much going on yesterday I forgot to post it on BYC.

Today, Jerry and I worked from 9:30am to 4pm taking turns jacking up the drive wheels and putting planks under them. We finally freed our big tractor from the mud/clay. We had to get it out today because the next 9 days we're going to have daily thunderstorms! Just what we need more rain and mud. View attachment 4146360
Happy Anniversary!

Today was Yorktown, the American Revolutionary Museum, and dinner soon. We also walked a little of the York River. It was funny, they have little cabins where you can go and learn how they did things in the 1700's. I enjoy going into the kitchens, today the guy was preserving food. Funny because I do almost the same preserving methods today. A lot of us do

-Gather the motivation to get out of bed
-look at my chickens
-no idea

..think of collecting eggs.... 😄
..think of the exercise of walking into the garden and get the eggs😄

I wake up each winter cold morning, I want to stay in bed, must I get out into such cold weather,...grr....off I slowly get up, make a giant cup of hot tea mix coffee, walk down to my chickens and....they all look at me saying where is breakfast??😄

I try to catch my big silver laced Wyandottee to hug her for warm, she is fully fluffy feather, she always run off and say not today or any day!:lau

Happy Birthday to the son!
Thank you
I hope you enjoy your vacation!

Many years ago, my husband and I took our family on vacation to the places you have mentioned.
We visited Jamestown, Yorktown, Williamsburg, and then drove down to Charleston. Great memories!
