Set up a trail camera in the garden to try to find out what is eating the tomatoes.

Last year our camera showed Coyotes eating our Cantaloupes, Watermelons and Beefsteak Tomatoes. They left the Cherry Tomatoes alone, too small to bother with I guess.

I’m very interested in proceeding this direction. What do I need for being a good trainee?

I would suggest nose around nearby stables and find one that has a trainer and make friends. Tell "your new friend" what you would like to do. They might charge you for the knowledge or you might be able to work it off (mucking out stalls, cleaning tack). There's different types of trainers, Western, Hunter-jumper, Dressage, Track.
When we raised Appaloosa Horses in Rhode Island we only showed in Halter classes. It was less costly and we only sold halter broke horses...

Temperatures were only in the mid 90's today. Decided to catch up the mowing. So, I mowed, mowed and mowed some more.

Made my Grandson feel guilty about staying in the house. He used the battery weed trimmer to clean up around the edges.

Took a shower, will crochet.

I didn't get to sleep until two am.
I went to class...in the same classroom I was in two years ago. It's like life just went in a circle!
I cleaned the duck house.

I went for a run…had to avoid orchard workers picking the Fuji apples. I prefer to run without anyone watching

Pulled weeds in the garden and fed them to the chickens.

Picked produce, including three melons and a box full of Bartlett pears. The pears and apples are pretty early this year.

Got out of bed too late to ride my bike to work but it’s probably better that way—

I was discovered by an adolescent cat whilst attempting to rehome a tiny garter snake that had invited itself into the pharmacy where I work.

After finishing my shift, I misplaced my iPhone and shopped at a few dollar stores for litter boxes (to no avail). Found the phone, at least…

Today I will bottle my batch of 'booch. I'm on the 4th step of changing my recipe from sugar to honey.

We well be going out to "early old fogey/retired people's dinner" today. Dinner at 4:00, before the servers are tired, before the crowds.

Not sure what else, but I'm sure there will be something.

Got my hair cut.

Went wit Hubby to get our repaired 2015 F250. It looks great!

Thunderstorms in the area. Will stay in and crochet.
