Played 4 games of Croquet.
Argued with the bank and won.
Came home and read some more of "The Treasure of Khan" by Clive Cussler.

My husband loves the Clive Clusser novels! He must have more than 100 of them. Clive Clusser even goes camping with us. Lol

Worked most of the day on reinforcing the run fencing and overhead coverings.

The Bald Eagles and their Juveniles kept showing up looking for their favorite buffet. I watched them, they watched me.

This the first time in maybe 50 years, I've had to lock up my free-range chickens to protect them from such relentless predators.

Mundane rain day,
A day for my laundry, some reading, did manage to get 10 medium frames and foundation assembled, 10 more to do. Took care of feed and fresh water for the birds in between showers.

Worked one dog in the AM and filled bird feeders.
Dodged rain drops.
Worked another dog and checked the vernal pools. Wood frog tadpoles will mature into frogs this year - unlike last year

Today the rainy weather has caused me to have a nice migraine. I did laundry and cooked supper

Woke up to a cat fight at 3 am this morning.
Actually woke up at 5 am.
Had my last clinical day for this year
Will go to bed as early as I possibly can...
