Thought I was on a roll,
1. Sugar syrup for NUC made, last of other batch put on this AM
2. Sugar water made for Hummingbirds
3. Honey extraction equipment cleaned and ready to go
4. Chicken feeder topped and fresh water
Then the curve ball, DW wants to go to Grand Daughter's fast pitch ball game. That kicks the rest of my day right in the shorts. Yes that's a whine you hear. See what I did there though, curve ball, fast pitch game? I am soooo impressed with my cleverness with words!

Picked the ripe tomatoes off of it and moved a Northern Exposure tomato to the garden.

Found an oak tree seedling coming up in the garden.

Had a BLT with the tomato and fresh picked lettuce.

1) cleaned chicks boxes
2) moved teenagers chicken to the big house Chicken coop.
3) now im tired so I showered, resting, reading my Bible lesson for tomorrow

Worked on the run a little.

Tried to weed the garden or at least tried to find the plants.

Thunderstorms rolled in.
Working on an afghan and watching a movie.

I dug another 10 buckets of compost out of the chicken run and took it down to the garden. That's a total of 30 buckets. I could take more, but I wanted to get to the next thing:
I took all the shavings out of the coop and dumped them around the run. Then I put a bale of new shavings in the coop.
I string trimmed "out at the corner" where the grass is really tall and obscures vision around the corner. It's a traffic hazard; we just don't have much traffic. It's a private road, everyone back here knows to go slowly. But Amazon, FedEx, and UPS don't really care.

I listed some books on ebay.
I added my newest postcards to the album - it's getting full!
