An easter egger.... and EE and Ameraucana are NOT the same thing. One is a recognized breed, the other is a mix. I'm not sure how both statements; that they're the same and they're not, can be made in the same post.

Are her legs really as blue as they look?

Yes, her legs are blue, the towel she was on probably made it look just a little bluer than it is. But there is a blue tint to the legs.
