We're going to need to know where it's from to narrow down breeds. It's coloring is not barred, it is black. The most common black breeds coming from hatcheries are Australorps and Jersey Giants and even though there are many, many different black breeds, most tend to be either one of these

Looks like Australorp. Its not a barred rock. Barred Rocks have spots on their heads, and not super yellow. IME
