i had a 4 week old silkie and a 4 week old crested polish, totally disappear out of the little coop, they must have been sleeping right up against the wire door, it was about 1/2"x 1" grate.....there were no remains, just blood streaming down the coop door, one little silkie survived, he must have been too far back to reach.......i do miss those 2 little guys, they would have been 18 wks old today

I didn't get a chance to set traps tonight. If the coon, or whatever it is, wants the chicks tonight, it is going to need the key to the garage deadbolt, the passcode to turn off the alarm and security cameras -- and something bigger than my 10 gauge

You are likely dealing with a raccoon. You need to make the openings smaller, cuz they can fit their arms through and rip them apart from the outside.
