name the chick breed :)

I purchased a chick last week and the sign said it was a Black Australorp rooster. It's black with a red spot on the head. I'm pretty sure it's not, can anyone help?

It may be a few weeks before you know if it is a cockerel (rooster) or not.

That does look like an Australorp. To me, it looks more like a Black Java, a foundation breed in the American class.
