Two chicks hatched in our incubator and we have not a clue as to what the breed is. Tomorrow I will update with pictures, but for now I will describe each.
Both were hatched as of today, and are still in the bator.
I will update as the weeks go by to guess their gender.

What we do know
-they are chickens
-they are purebred, or should be

Yes, I am aware that there are many possibilities based on my descriptions, I just want to narrow down my options on breeds. Then, once pictures get up, narrow it down further, and hopefully be able to conclude only a few options once the week is over. Hopefully in 3 weeks, a breed can be found.

For the second chick you said it could be a buff leghorn, but you said from a tan egg and leghorns lay white eggs, so that can probably be scratched from the list.
