Name this breed

I got these two chicks from my feed store which came from Ideal.I just happen to find them in the black sex link brooder and I got them because they were different.I really thought one of them stood a good chance to be a Partridge Rock since I have a couple and know what they look like.Both of them are feathering out different and I'm not sure what they are.One is think could be a Welsummer?I've never had one so I'm not familar with how they look up close.Let's have some guesses.

I'm thinking the first one is a welsummer but the second one I don't have a clue.It's definately not an EE.

They look like EE's to me, and I don't know if it is just the pic, but the second one looks like a boy.
They have green legs.

They look like my EE's that I got from MMH. They have turned out to be very pretty birds.
