Naming things is hard

My husband and I have finally been able to purchase land to build and have a ranch on. It's literally a dream come true for me, my grandparents had a farm and it was my favorite place to be growing up (they had to sell due to health issues years ago). We plan on raising freezer beef and pork and I want to have a name for our business and ranch. I can't think of anything Our last name is Willenburg, so very long and, I feel, complicated.
