Narrowed it down to 5....

And to think I had it narrowed down

I will check out the Silver Appleyard as well.

If I end up with more than one type ( which I really did not want to do) do I have to worry about interbreeding?

I do like the colors of the Anconss though...

Who knew this would be so tuff...

if you want to hatch pure breed eggs you do have to separate by breed for 3-4 weeks before collecting eggs to set or sell. If you're just eating the eggs, who cares.
Mine do have their own little cliques and favorites though, and I'd hate to split up best friends/bonded mates, when I decided I needed to start getting pure eggs. And it IS awesome to breed from your own flock!

My cambell's are flying about 4 foot high. They are about 10 weeks old. They have only flew about 10-15 foot.

My hatchery quality Rouens layed very well and were quite large enough to eat. And they never flew.

I have an Ancona and a Khaki Campbell. Chip, the Ancona, is way more social than Dip. Chip lets everyone hold her. Dip throws a fit and runs every time anyone comes near, and cries when you take Chip out.

Ok Narrowed it down again...
Ancona might be the one. Although I am still researching the Silver Appleyard

I think you would be very happy with the Ancona's, I know I am. You can have several of them and they all will have different marking variations. It makes for an interesting looking flock.
