We had some pretty powerful storms and tornados come through yesterday and last night and it brought in some cooler weather. I went out to feed the chickens around lunch time and I noticed that my SLW sneezed a few times so I started watching her, I got closer and she has "wet" nostrils so I know she has drainage. Then I picked up my RIR pullet that is 9 weeks old and she has nasal drainage. Should I just put electrolytes in the water for the whole coop or pull those two and start electrolytes? I don't want to jump to Tylan(water soluble powder) just yet. I am boiling some eggs now to take out.

Just remember chickens do not get colds if you have sneezing and such you could be dealing with a respiratory problem which in most cases is a virus and will not respond to antibiotics. I would take any that are showing symptoms and put them somewhere else. good luck.
