Technically the first ones are due Thursday but I don't think any of them started developing. Then next Thursday and then the Thursday after.

no signs when you last candled them?

On the bright side my "wont stop being broody no matter what I do frizzle hen" is sitting on five eggs from my leghorn hen and this handsome guy lol cant wait to see what the chicks are like.

The ones due this week never did anything. Their air cells never healed. I just tossed all but two and of those 5 3 were scrambled.

That's awesome. I want that hen!!

If you lived in Ireland I would genuinely give you my other rooster he's brothers to the rooster in the photo but is like a stealthy crazy ninja rooster that sneaks up and attacks your leg whenever he can. :/ It would be less funny if he wasn't soooo tiny

He he nice. I'm looking for a frizzle right now. I have a project in mind and well eventually need a frizzle to finish it.

They are so different to the leghorns who dont bother with anyone at all, but the frizzle cochins will actually walk up and stand in front of you until you scratch there head

That's too cute. Sounds like my meat birds. I think they are plotting to keep me from killing them.
