today is day 14 and the incubator temp got to 102 or 103 for 2 to 4 min and now is staying at 97 to 101 or 101.5 have i killed my eggs

probably not. 1) some people run their incubators at 102. 2) it was just a temp spike, so the temp of the egg wouldnt have gotten that warm that fast.
