Everything loves to eat chicken. Sadly that means it can be a full time job preventing that. Covered runs can protect from aerial predators and 1/2" hardware cloth can keep raccoon paws and snouts out of run areas. Raccoons will bite off any body part they can reach., causing painful maiming and death.
