NE Oklahoma Chicken Stock - Let's Plan!

Thanks for the tuft answers, I figured they needed at least one tuft gene to make a tuft, but wasn't sure if they could carry the tuft gene and not have tufts.

Hey Coral, saw where you said the barn would open at 8am and close at 5pm...what time will it be open to start setting up?
bfrancis - So glad you asked. I thought I'd posted a time for setting up, but on review, I hadn't. I will be at the barn at 6:00 a.m. You are welcome to come set up at 6:00 a.m. or any time after that. People who aren't selling probably won't arrive until after 8:00. We'll set up for the Pay the Seller Poultry sale at 11:00 and then have the sale at noon.

I will put a note on the first page of the thread regarding setting up. Thanks!

The raffle list has been updated. Mamapoppybee is bringing handmade pretty soaps with pretty smells. Thank you so much!

I've just finished a chicken doll for the raffle. She's made of denim and has an egg channel so that you can help her lay an egg. She comes with a tie-dye looking egg that has a baby chick inside.

It took me a few tries to get the feet right on the little chick. I bet the hen could hold three or four plastic eggs.
