Nearly Predator-proof!

After almost 4 years of closing sliding door every evening and opening it every morning (and critters sometimes still getting my girls) I enclosed the new area shown and now they have their own small door and netting over the top of the run. I've had no problems and my life is much simpler.

does bird netting keep raccoons out? Is that what you have on top?

Nice looking coop and run. I however was thinking the same thing as jwchicklady when I read your post. I wouldn't trust netting to keep out predators from an open coop door overnight.
