New to the forum, not new to raising chickens. Been raising chickens for at least 14 years. Current coop is 4' x 6' and is built on a small trailer. In the winter is sits in my garden, in the summer it sits under the shade of a tree. Chickens are free range so preditors are an issue. Coop has a door that is on a timer, made it using an automatic vent openner for a greenhouse. Kinda proud of it.
