I am totally new to raising chickens.
We have 8 ten week old hens, which seem happy and healthy.
Any vitamins or supplements they may need to keep them healthy?

Nothing extra needed unless you are wanting to condition birds for breeding, or have a specific issue that warrants extra nutrition. However, you should be aware of the mill date on your feed bags. It is on the tape at the bottom of the bag, and may be written as a specific date, or as the Julian date. The following link posts a good table to help you figure it out. https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E26228_01/doc.93/e21961/julian_date_conv.htm#WEAWX259

chicken feed looses much of it's nutritional value. A noted poultry nutrition expert states that 6 weeks after mill date, feed rapidly starts to loose it's nutritional value.

If you want to maximize the nutrition in the feed that you buy, you might consider fermenting your feed. There is an article re: the how and why of fermented feed in my signature.
