neck "adjusting" behavior

Hi everyone,
I have a Jersey Giant who is doing some weird neck behavior. She is not a very active chicken, but I wouldn't say she is lethargic. Sometimes she does this and other times not. Also, she is often standing off by herself. Does anyone have any thoughts? Is it neurological, disease? nutritional?

It looks like she is adjusting her crop.

Check her crop to make sure it's emptying overnight and see that she has access to a source of grit - preferable crushed granite free choice.
