Neck issue with Hen

They were vaccinated for Marek's. She's eating the mush pretty vigorously at the moment. That you for the advice. Also, keeping an eye on the others.
Glad she's eating well!

The Marek's vaccine helps prevent the formation of tumors, it does not prevent infection from the virus. So generally Marek's should still be considered.

She laid a beautiful egg this morning, very unexpected with this issue. However, prior to this she has been laying eggs regularly with no issues. I'll look further into the vitamins but I'm curious if she injured her neck somehow? Is this common behavior with head pulled to one side?
It's not uncommon for a hen to continue to lay a few eggs after injury or becoming ill. The way their reproductive system works - it just doesn't really come to a "full stop". Depending on the bird they may lay and egg everyday so every 26 hours +/- so she very likely had one developing when her condition began.

I would see how she does. Could be injury or disease - it would be hard to know - bird can recover from both so unless you lose her and have diagnostics you still wouldn't know what happened if she gets better.
