Neck Wound

I went to let out my chickens this morning and one of my showgirls has a nasty wound on the back of her neck. I'm not sure how she got it. Could one of the silkie roos have done this?

I have her in a cage inside the house for now. I cleaned out the wound and put some bactine on it. She seems to be fine eating and drinking ok. I guess I need to keep her seperated till it heals.

Could have easily been a mating wound. Wonder how most turkens get along without the maitng feathers to grab!

That's what I was thinking too. Poor thing she had blood all over her when I found her.
