Can anyone read this and explain it a little to me in layman's terms please?

Lymphoproliferative disease is cancer/tumors caused by a retrovirus.

Mycotic pneumonia is a fungal infection in the lungs, probably aspergillosis (says those tests are pending maybe 3 weeks). That may have been due to a severely weakened immune system.

By the comments it looks like they are saying this is Marek's.
