I am pleased to hear that you were able to help your girl with my post. That's the great thing about the Internet. When caring people share their knowledge, it's out there on record helping others forever (basically).
One note, I gave my hen the antibiotics directly via syringe (needless of course), and it was a very very small amount, 0.5cc or less if I recall. Seems like it was about 0.3cc twice per day.
The probiotic powder, I added some to the water as well as sprinkled over their food. I do not believe there is a risk of overdose of the probiotic.
