Necrotic Wing on chicken

Necrotic tissue rotting on wing, rooster was constantly mating her, I put a saddle on her and apparently did not see what was happening. At some point it came off and I figured she had poop on her wing. It's NOT poop!. Is there anything I can do? The vet charges $800 to remove the wing.

I have her a bath, blow dried and she's in my living room. There is no fly strike.

Poor girl!

I'd get some Chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) and begin scrubbing all that material off.

Get photos of what it looks like once cleaned.
