Need a little help

1st time having to use an incubator the to had been left around 96 degrees for 19 days now

I was away working and when I came home found that they were at that temp will my eggs still hatch I have them at 99.5-100 degrees now and it's day 20

Hopefully they will be fine though they make take extra days before hatching - cooler temps. slow growth.

They started to hatch but only 2 so far out of 2.5 dozen
