Ok, so I can NOT remember how to bake pumpkin seeds that are sweet! My great grandmother used to make them so so good and no one in the family can remember exactly how she made them. They were not very hard or chewy, they were the perfect crispiness and they almost tasted like Pumpkin Pie but with sugar encrusted on them... Does this sound familiar to anyone? And if it does, do you have the recipe or something similar! Thanks!
