Hi! I recently hatched an egg under my broody that came from a friend's flock. The mom was a silkie and the dad was an EE. The chick hatched out and is getting in feathers instead of normal silkie fluff. So it's not looking anything like a silkie. When my son found out that it wouldn't be fluffy, he was really diappointed. I guess he was really excited to have a silkie and I never realized it! So...I would love to surprise him with a silkie baby or two and I'm looking for a maximum of 6 silkie eggs to hatch out. We live in Ohio, and I would prefer that I get the eggs from someplace fairly close...it seems that the farther the eggs ship from, the lower the hatch rate. If you can help me out, please let me know! Thanks!

Hi Jen, I have a mixed color flock of Silkies (pure Silkies, just all colors penned together). If you are interested, I could send you 6 for $15.00, shipping included.

Thanks! I'm trying to decide if I want to get day old chicks or eggs. 21 days just seems to go by sooooo slowly, you know? LOL I will definately keep you in mind though!

I really only need one chick...so would it be possible to buy 4 eggs for $10? If so, they're sold!

Where are you located?

Dh works with a fellow that has baby white silkies ready to go $3.00 each.

We're in the Texas Panhandle, Amarillo more specifically.

I'm in Ohio...how much would shipping be for them? Zipcode 44628

Never mind...you wouldn't be able to only ship a few probably. ugh
