The chicks will be fine in the coop. Chicks that have been raised outside with a heat source are often roosting by 6 weeks. Your brooder chicks will likely pile together for the night keeping each other plenty warm.

I feel like they are fully featheredAh, I see. Then I think @Anon112's advice is excellent. After 5 weeks they should be fully feathered. They can "cuddle puddle" to stay warm if need be.
This one and a couple others are EE copper maran mixes. Some are just EE. I have 16 more that are almost 3 weeks old that look to be just EE. My boy fluffnugget has been working overtime latelyMost are, after 5 weeks or so. Easter Eggers? I love 'em!
