Need Advice - Crusty nostril

Hi. I have a Bantuam hen who is about 7.5 years old. I noticed this morning that she has a crusty lump in her right nostril. I am having trouble finding a vet for a chicken so I am wondering if anyone has any advice on what I can do to help Polly or if it is something that is worse than I hope it is. We've had Polly and our other chicken for a little over a year and have not seen this before. Thanksfor any assistance.

 
Looks like she just has a big piece of dried booger lol

It could be feed that has become like concrete stuck in her nose. Nasal canker could also be the problem, but I would work on doing warm saline soaks to her nostril for 10 minutes. Then carefully take a QTip drenched with hydrogen peroxide, and wet the obstruction a few times to soften the crud. Then take a tooth pick and try to clean out the obstruction. You make have to do this a couple of times. Here are a couple of threads with a similar problem:
