Turkey egg pipped this morning, looked normal, I could see the beak, then a couple hours later it started oozing amber colored goo. Now it's gelled up in the hole. What should I do?

I will only tel you what I would do., and some may say I am wrong, but here it goes. On my chicks, I would gently take tweezers and 'assist' with the need to release the head. At least if I know they are breathing, I feel I have done what I can. I would Extract the head and make sure the egg is kind of tilted to leave the head higher. Even place a wadded up paper towel under it to ensure its stability. But leave the majority of the body and rest of the egg untouched and allow it's natural progression.
That would tell me if it wasn't breathing, then no reason to worry, since the Lord has already taken it home. Now some others may have some better advice, but this is what I have successfully had to do before. Yet I have chickens and geese, no turkeys.

Best of luck.

I actually just did get it out and used tweezers to open the clogged pip hole. It is very much alive, talking up a storm. I only widened the hole a tiny bit though.
