Need advice for coop floor

I have 4, it’s just that the tray isn’t very deep. I will probably stick with the pine shavings since they are affordable. I just don’t know a good way to clean it without dumping it all and adding new shavings and I feel like I’m wasting a lot.
I have pine shaving in my coop and clean it every other day! I bought a cat pooper scooper and kind of sift through it. Super easy and works pretty well so far. In the spring I plan on cleaning it out real good and replacing the shavings!

I clean the poop boards every morning by donning a pair of gloves and collecting mucky spots to throw into the compost bin. I replace the shavings removed.

A full cleaning (removing ALL shavings from poop boards) every other week.

The coop floor is actually quite clean, and a deep litter method of shavings over dirt floor.

The coop is dry, clean and cleaning the boards each morning takes less than 10 minutes. I do it in my robe 😆
