A four month old turkey is nearly a mature turkey. You could start feeding him a quality all flock feed at this stage.

I have no idea what you mean by him having a dirty "bump".

Great website but Im looking for food that won't let him Get to fat and keeps him healthy because he's my pet
All flock is not specifically for turkeys. In the U.S. it is typically a 20% protein feed that is available for chickens and other poultry. You did not say what variety of turkey that you have. If it is a heritage type turkey it should be fine, if it is a broad breasted variety then exercise and free range are the best that you can do for it to keep it healthy.

Any quality poultry feed that is at least 16% protein and is not a layer feed should be fine as long as your turkey is a male. If it is a hen then I would use a layer feed.
