Had to cull a chicken. Used broomstick method. Read and read about it. Watched a few YouTube videos. Think I still did it wrong. No neck breaking sound. Chicken looked to be gasping for air while flapping. Lasted only about 1 minute tho. Did I crush windpipe and not break neck? What should I do differently next time?
