Need Advice- Hatching troubles!

This is my first incubator hatch and I seem to have three chicks with beaks out of their shells but no movement. I am a little worried since I have had three chicks pass away already. My humidity level is at 80% is that too high? Why do you think I'm losing chicks?

Also, I have one chick that seems to have intestine still protuding from its navel, do you think it will make it?

This whole experiences makes me appreciate my broodies even more.....

That is what I thought. I just suctioned water out from the well. What % do I need?
