Need advice! Hen loosing feathers!

What does it mean if they have bald spots? I have two chickens with bald spots on their lower backs. The rest of them have what looks like loose feathers in the same area. What's going on?

Do you have a rooster? If so, he might be getting a bit too enthusiastic. You can make or buy saddles for them. If you happen a rooster ratio of more than 1:10, get rid of some roosters or buy more hens.
