I don't know what happened to Ginny, but yesterday she was acting off last night, just seemed to be standing there while all the others where getting in the coop. I didn't think much of it, just put her in there with the others and closed them up. Well this morning, she was just kinda standing there, still off. So I picked her up and noticed that her belly was a bit wet. On her stomach there was a wound. I washed it with saline and put neosporin on it and have her seperated in a dog crate with food(feed and chopped cherries) and water. She just stands there, eyes closed and doesn't move from where you put her. I noticed that she has a huge bruise on her and now I'm worried that she has internal bleeding. She has pooped, it was a little runnier than normal, but not bloody or black. Here is a picture, it's not great quality, my 11 yearold took it. Please let me know what I can do for her.

I don't know if there is much more you can do except maybe dribble water along her beak if she isn't drinking anything. That and pray. It looks like something that only time will tell.

I have been putting water on her beak because I wasn't sure if she was drinking. Should I put anything in the water to help her?

Vitamins to give her a boost.

If she seems to be in pain you can add asprin:
The usual dosage recommended on BYC is 5 regular (325 mg) aspirin (NO SUBSTITUTES) crushed and mixed with ONE GALLON of water.

Baby aspirin that is truly just aspirin is fine. Just make sure it's not any kind of aspirin substitute. A baby aspirin is 81mg and crushed in a cup of water is about the same strength as five 325 mg regular aspirins in a gallon of water. Gave the smaller batch equivalent since it's one bird and gallon batches are more than what's needed. As you are already doing, wait till the bleeding problem subsides.........

Thank you so much.

What kind of vitamins should I use? Something like Poly Vi Sol or are there chicken vitamins I can get at the feed store?

I'll have to see if my neighboor has any asprin, All I have is Advil.
