need advice on a hen

Not sure if this is the right place but here it goes

I have a hen probably the sweetest one of the whole flock that seems to be blind in one eye
this is not a new development or anything but I'm worried that the others might end up picking on her they haven't physically been hurting her yet but Im worried they will they are already tend to run her off from time to time when I fill the food she has to wait for them to finish so that she can the she does defend herself and she has went and laid down next to our outside cat im guessing for a little added protection but what should I do

I forgot to mention that she is a buff oprington and they are all 20 weeks old

I think that's just natural pecking order at work. Higher ranking hens will eat what they want first then let the others eat. Just keep an eye on her to make sure she isn't being bullied to the point of injury.
