Haha I did the same thing! Hey keep us posted on how those speckled sussex turn out. I want to get some but I don't know which hatchery is the best for it. (I know just because yours turn out more mottled or solid doesn't mean mine will, but it'll sway my vote)No kidding...! Started out getting 6...then 10....then 12....then I gave up on ever stopping, bought 5 more hens and a rooster so I can hatch my own.
