need advice on hatched chick

I just had a chicken hatch with part of its intestines coming out of it belly area. What do I do?

First make sure that it is not just the yolk sac, but if it is actually intestine then I would put it down.

The yoke sack has fallen off already. Ok thank you that's what I thought I would have to do just wanted to check before I did anything. Poor little baby.

I just had a chick hatch , its so tiny.. It looks like a hen pecked the eggs open as to eat the egg , I found a tiny wound on the back of the chick, very slight. It was still wet when I found it when letting chickens out & checking on the 2 unhatched eggs. I have it inside with toe warmers under a face cloth & wrapped. , I put it under another hen thats been sitting, then she took off outside.
The eyes are still not open, she's peeping when I move the cloth or gently rub her..
Think this is the best I can do, any other advice. ??
