Need advice on mixing chicks

I have an Orpington about 2 months and just bought three more chicks wondering about pecking order. I put Vicks on the top of their head down there back and on their butts any other pointers I can get for protecting the younger ones?

Just keep an eye on them, and see if it works out...the orp may be thrilled to have company, and she may not.

Went out there just a little but ago orp is on one side the other three are on the other hopefully she will come around any idea what these others three are?
