Need advice PICS Added

I need some help to figure out what is wrong with my chickens. It all started 2 weeks ago when we bought 3 chickens. 2 white leghorns and 1 Buff Or. For the past 2 weeks I have received only 2 eggs. The first was 2 days after i got the chickens laid by the B.O. The other was a shell less egg, laid by one of the 3. Im not sure which, and yes SHELL LESS!!!!!!

In any case, one of the white leghorns died about 4 days ago, for no apparent reason, and now today, I found a bunch of different looking kind of poop in one of the nesting boxes. See pic added.

It almost looks like poop from a small dog. It is solid and rather large, not what I am used to seeing, and what appears to be a lot.

Should any of these things cause alarm and something to be worried about. No eggs (other than the 2), one hen dieng a few days ago, and now this unusual looking poop.....

Jeeze, I have no clue. That poop looks like my chickens' poop, but I can't see the size. I would try changing the litter and nailing up a piece of canvas to one side of the nesting box. Good luck and keep us posted.
