Need advice please

Hi there, I recieved three silkie chicks two I payed for an one for free. The one I got for free has a really bad case of splayed legs she said she didn't know why it didn't stand up but I could have it or they will cull it. I want to help as I have a good heart an didn't want her daughter to be upset like she was. They are about two to three weeks I know when there younger they can be corrected but what about this age? His one leg sticks out behind him an drags it along but the other one he hops on an looks normal. Please don't judge me for taking it if I can fix it I'd love too. thank you in advance.

Maybe you could upload some fotos showing exactly the bad leg, position etc., so we might be able to determine if there is still another way to help, as this seems to be a little late for the normal fixes.
