Your doing an amazing job. Looks like you know what you are doing!They are 6” holes. The entire roof is open an inch where it meets the wall. In the summer I plan on opening the two windows for more air movement.

The high ones will be favored. It is one of the reasons all mine are the same height. One less thing to fight over.2: if I put roosts at different heights will all the chickens just go to the highest ones?
No.3: if I have different breeds of chickens do they require different size roosts at different heights?
I prefer to keep the spot where they jump off less than 3' from the coop floor. My roosts are actually at 47" but the edge of the poop boards are kept at counter height (34") and that is where they jump off from. They also have a ramp to use and many of them use it to get up and down.4: what is the highest you want a roost from the ground?
