Can I put ducks and chickens together I just inherited 2hens and 1 rooster need to keep them together for a few days until I get my chicken coop. I have 10 ducks 5 male 5 female

What kind of ducks do you have? Ive read muscovys can cohabitate with chickens just fine.
I keep my muscovy and chickens together in a large shed. Mine aren't locked in ever. There's a bit of back and forth but generally no real aggression, but I did have one drake that was, and he went after he ripped the comb off a rooster.

My Muscovy's and Chickens sleep in the same coop all adults but I do have tiny OEGB chickens but chickens roost and female Muscovy roost right along with them. They have learned to keep a fair distance between themselves and the Muscovy's. But really do well together.

I would observe how they do together during the day in the run or yard to make sure that your drakes do not try to mate with your hens and possibly injure them. Drakes can be pretty rough on the objects of their mating efforts and have been known to go after hens. Your drakes to ducks ratio is pretty high, so the hens may be vulnerable during the mating season. Can you section off a space for them in your duck enclosure with some chicken wire or something that allows some protection of your hens while you get your coop?
